Campus Recruitment & University Partnerships
Gamer House Named a Practical Education Base by Liaoning University of International Business and Economics
Gamer House, a game localization company based in Dalian, China, was recently invited to a graduate job fair for companies in advanced business services, held together with the campus recruitment fair at Liaoning University of International Business and Economics (LUIBE). The visit was part of Liaoning Province’s 2026 “Hundred Schools, Thousand Enterprises” program, which connects universities with employers, and gave Gamer House a chance to deepen its ties with universities and meet promising young talent. Alongside introducing itself to students as an employer, the company took a new step in linking education with industry.
Introducing Gamer House to Students
To help students get to know the company better, Gamer House hosted its own information session during the event. A company representative walked students and faculty through Gamer House’s history, core businesses, culture, and future strategy.

The session also covered what students most wanted to know about recruitment, from key openings to training for new hires and career progression. These practical details drew a strong response. Talking with staff face to face gave students a sense of the company’s open, inclusive culture and the room it offers for professional growth, and the Q&A stayed lively throughout.

Meeting Students at the Booth
After the session, students lined up early at the Gamer House booth, and interest in the company’s work and open positions stayed high throughout the job fair. The HR team answered each student’s questions individually. Many graduating students were excited about the industry’s prospects and keen to submit resumes and sign up for interviews.

Deepening Ties with the University
Beyond recruitment, the visit marked an important milestone in Gamer House’s partnership with the university. At the event, the university presented Gamer House with a plaque designating it a practical education base, a partner organization that offers students internships and hands-on training. The designation takes the two organizations’ joint efforts to develop talent a step further, and Gamer House will give students more internship and training opportunities and real business experience.
The university also appointed Gamer House’s CEO as an innovation and entrepreneurship mentor in recognition of his industry experience and business insight. In this role, he will bring current industry perspectives and entrepreneurial know-how into the classroom, helping students connect what they learn at university with the workplace.

Investing in the Next Generation
Gamer House sees people as its most important resource for growth. Recruiting on campus and strengthening its partnership with the university are key steps in building its future talent pipeline.
Guided by its values of creating, sharing, and succeeding together, Gamer House will continue to fulfill its role as a practical education base and work with universities to explore new ways of developing talent together. The company looks forward to welcoming more ambitious young people who are ready to take on new challenges and grow with it.
